ACUPUNCTURE: At your initial appointment, we take the time to understand your unique health journey. Our comprehensive evaluation includes a review of your health history, symptom survey, lab and imaging results, and a physical exam. Together, we’ll create a personalized assessment and treatment plan that prioritizes your health goals, combining therapies to alleviate symptoms while addressing the underlying root of your concerns. Our licensed acupuncturists collaborate as a cohesive team, ensuring you receive exceptional care with every visit.
MASSAGE & BODYWORK: Unlock the healing benefits of our massage and myofascial release therapies designed to alleviate pain, ease tension, and enhance mobility, all while promoting mind-body harmony. Every session is thoughtfully customized to address your unique needs and preferences, ensuring a restorative experience. We currently offer Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, and Somatic Discovery Myofascial Release (MFR).
SCHEDULING: To schedule your NEW PATIENT appointment, please call our front desk or book online. Follow ups for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS are easy to schedule online, in clinic, or by phone.
INSURANCE: As acupuncture specialist providers, we are in-network with some but out-of-network with most health plans that have acupuncture benefits. Some plans inaccurately list us as in-network providers, therefore pre-authorization is required prior to any visits that you intend to bill to insurance. We can only appeal denials once, and we do not bill health plans for massage.
VETERAN’S AFFAIRS (VA): Our sincere dedication to serving the health and well-being of our veterans comes from a genuine place deep within our hearts. Inner Balance Medicine is not only women-owned, but we are also veteran-spouses, which means we understand the lived experiences and unique challenges faced by veterans. We are VA Community Care providers and offer exclusive veterans' rates for those paying cash.
WORKER’S COMPENSATION: We are affiliated with many Work Comp networks in our region and are committed to addressing pain and loss of function experienced by injured workers with compassionate and strategic care. Our approach addresses the pain and inflammation resulting from acute and chronic injury with therapeutic and targeted soft-tissue needling, infrared, and myofascial modalities, while supporting restoration of function through modified activities and therapeutic exercises/movement.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, FSA, and HSA. Superbills are available upon request. For out-of-network claims, a deposit based on our cash rates is required, with the final balance determined by your EOB statements.
